GENERAL
• Our working days are Tuesday to Sunday, excluding Monday and public holidays.

• All transactions will be attended to within 1-3 working days.
• You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form in our site. An order number will be given with every success order placed.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. Please double check your order detail before confirming the order.
• We reserve the right to decline any request of amend order if the order has already processed.
• Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order number.
ORDER
• You may ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. BLUEKY will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
• You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form in our site. An order number will be given with every success order placed.

• Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-shipping fee will apply if parcel is returned.
• We reserve the right to decline any request of amend order if the order has already processed.
• BLUEKY reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
– Product ordered is no longer available in stock
– Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
PAYMENT
• We accept payment via Stripe Online Payment Gateway and Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit.
• We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
• Please complete the payment and provide payment notification (Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit) to us within 24 hours upon order place as all unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after time limit.
• When your order is cancelled due to no payment notification done in time limit, refund would only be refund as store credit voucher, no cash refund is allowed.
SHIPPING
• Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
• Our mailing day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local public holiday. All orders are shipped out according to order number.
• Your parcel is under the responsibility of our third-party postage service provided, any delay or lost parcel happened is beyond our control.
• We shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any)
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
• All the refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
• Sale item are strictly non-returnable.
• Return/Exchange must be done within 7 working days upon receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with BLUEKY price tags.
• Kindly note that all online orders placed with the usage of store credits will not be eligible for further returns/exchanges.
• Purchase of intimates, accessories, and bags are final and cannot be returned.
• If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving your order.
• You are responsible for all the shipping cost of returned/exchanged item.
• Delivery fees to return/exchange your order, if any, will not be refunded.
• Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
DEFECT
We do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate or error free. We will try our best to prevent any error through our Site.
• All of the product might vary slightly from the pictures due to lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this colour variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
• Any minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect
• Any minor imperfection like small black dots/ small stain/loose thread, which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.
• Postage fee incurred will be undertake by us with the provided shipping cost receipt if the item acknowledged to be defective. Item returned must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and with BLUEKY price tags. If the replacement piece is no longer available, store credit voucher will be issued.
Please contact us if you believe you have received a defective product within 5 working days with your order number and photo of defect part.
STORE CREDITS VOUCHER
• Store credits voucher are issued by BLUEKY and can be used on any purchase in our Site.
• Credit voucher is comes in the form of a voucher code.
• Credit voucher issued must be claimed within the given valid period.
• Credit voucher is only valid when the voucher code is keyed in during check out process.
• Each credit voucher can only be used within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
